Pat Frank has had a paper published. It took him a while. He has documented his long journey towards publication at WUWT. There is a 60 Mb zip file with various iterations of the paper during its difficult 6-year gestation, reviews, responses to reviews and rejection, rejection, rejection*.

In it he claims to demonstrate that uncertainty in climate model projections is so large as to render them worthless. Around it, across multiple venues and times, he has created an extraordinary corpus of text. One can find much of it (or at least this one can) by googling*** “Pat Frank Error Propagation”.
